We are seeking amicus curiae briefs from nonprofits and other nongovernmental organizations for our appeal in the Kalorama Citizens v. SunTrust case that is now pending before the District of Columbia’s Court of Appeals to defend the rights of nonprofits, community organizations, and unincorporated nonprofit associations to enjoy party status for the purpose of defending existing public easements when corporations attempt to ignore or nullify them.
